Thr hotel location was convenient and staff was courteous, but the odor of the carpet of the room was strong. The carpe the carpet in my room smelled really bad & needs to be cleaned. The odor of the carpet was obvious as soon as the door to the room was opened. convenience to airport

Bien para pasar una noche Llegamos 30 minutos antes de la hora de entrada y la chica de recepción me pidió 20$ extras por entrarle la habitación esa media hora antes me pareció un abuso. El desayuno muy rico, la Sra que acomoda la comida muy amable, al igual que el sr que maneja el transporte del hotel. Gracias

Bad I woke up with bed bug bites. Upon further inspection and even removed.sheets there were traces of 2 bugs. Only one bed was used but i removed sheets from both beds the bed not used had hair all on sheets

Disappointing
not as expected. the place was not clean, looks and feels old, halls smelled bad and room felt humid, making the bed and pillows feel humid as well. The pictures are misleading.

Good location. Dirty rooms. Microwave had spilled food inside. Room carpet was dirty and shower was not clean too. Pillows were not comfortable and seemed old. Location was good and close to IAH.
