False advertising. Advertised a pool. I called and was told it was open. After I checked in I went outside to check it out. The pool had an out of order sign on the door. Asked about it at the front desk and was told it would be open the next day. Asked the next day and was told it would be open at 10. It wasn’t. I asked the maintenance person who was outside and he told me it wouldn’t be available any time soon. I stayed at this hotel for the pool and it wasn’t available the whole stay.
It was very affordable and comfortable beds! The bugs in the rooms. The staffs attitude and the way they go about things. Our kids were locked out of their room after a misunderstanding. I was never refunded the hold? Breakfast wasnt very much
Mala Muy poca seguridad muy descuidado olor muy feo en las habitaciones y el pasillo muy sucio olor a cigarrillo y las personas fumando mariguana a plena vista y esa noche hubo pelea muy fuerte dentro del hotel El personal muy amable, la manager de limpieza una excelente persona muy atenta y súper amable solo por el personal me sentí cómoda pero el resto los cuartos muy sucio y el olor a cigarro por todo la habitación y el pasillo.
Disappointing La persona de recepción pésima actitud, ni una mínima mueca de bienvenida, ni nada, se ve viejas las instalaciones, el elevador muy descuidado y sucio, tienen alfombra aún por todo el hotel y están muy sucias, la habitación estaba un poco más limpia pero nuestro aire no funcionaba y dijeron que no podían hacer nada hasta el otro día porque no estaba el técnico Esta cerca del aeropuerto

Visita mayo 2021 Hotel sucio, desgastado. Estuve 2 días y no limpiaron la habitación. Al preguntar en recepción la empleada dijo que ella no era responsable de la limpieza y no estaba el “Manager” Ubicación

Not a great hotel Elevator was broken took a long time to get to the room because of that some of the staff was nice but a lot of the staff was rude and A bit standoffish It was very very close to the airport and was clean
Would not recommend staying here Pool was nasty both days Close to airport and fast food restaurants
