Disappointing
It was ok, unlikely I'll stay with la Quintana again Check in was 3 pm, we arrived at 6 & was given a dirty room. Elevator & hall carpeting was dirty, trash on the floor The staff was very friendly, bed was comfortable
Horrible Rooms were dirty, used towels were left on counter. Toilet would not flush and tub was yellow with water in it. It looked like they just made the bed without cleaning the room from previous person Location

Ok, needs improvement This hotel is in bad shape, needs updating, the cracks are starting to show. Also, carpets in the hall as well as the bedrooms in disparate need of shampooing. Elevator creaked and groaned. Stairway was very musty. The only good thing I can say is the breakfast was on point.

It was doable The first room they gave us smelled like urine. The second was satisfactory. The elevator button area was filthy. The pillows were like bricks. It seriously needs some upgrades. Would I stay here again. No! Location
