POOR Not clean enough. Elevator with very poor maintenance in the inside. No shuttle service 24 hours. Has specific schedules and this is why we chose it. Had to take uber to the airport.

Fair The “breakfast” that was included was terrible. Bad options and not a great environment. Hallways and rooms had extremely poor lighting. Hotel could definitely use improvement on reservations. Half of the front desk staff didn’t wear masks and didn’t have ideal customer service. Didn’t land a great first impression from front desk with their communication and professionalism. Bad The bathroom was not was cleaned, there were bugs in the room in the room, the mattresses were not firm and we didn’t have a t.v. until the next morning. The property was centrally located.
Bad 1st room was bathroom was dirty and had a bad odor. They switch us to different room. That room had roaches in the room. Nothing
Fair The service in the breakfast area The girl that was in the breakfast area stocking and cleaning during the breakfast she was complaining about averything about clean and stocking she was a African American and that’s not acceptable been complaining about it that’s her job and complaining in front of us the customers no good
