This place is the Hell Hotel They sent me to a room with people already in the room already.
Stay Somewhere Else The rooms are so little, bed was hard and uncomfortable and like I was absolutely disgusted with the bathroom... No tub, just a shower made on to the floor, ughhh! The toilet ran the entire time of my 2day stay. So many patch up jobs in the bathroom. The recliner had grease stains on the head rest we never sat on it nor put our bags on it, it was so nasty. Worst place I have ever stayed Everything. I will never stay at the place again. It was horrible, I will never stay again. I booked two queen beds they gave us two full. It’s a non smoking place but the room they gave us smelled like someone smoked a whole pack of of cigarettes in the room. Then they moved us to another room and there were little bugs all in the window. And no hot breakfast. The pool was also closed and it was right outside our window and the pool was disgusting looking. Absolutely nothing.

Location great, property needs help Blood & sticky spill in elevator, overall hotel just felt unclean. Guest service members weren't friendly at all. Beds were outdated/uncomfortable. Close to IAH. Easy in/out of parking lot
