Poor overall The shower water never gets hot only Luke water, one day the maid service didn't have new clean towels, but they took the old ones and didn't leave clean ones. There were several things in the room broken and nobody seem concerned. The carpet by the window was almost always wet. One day maid service didn't even clean and empty the trash. The room door looks like it was once kicked in, and the key card took 3 to 4 times before it would open up the door lock. The shower curtain should have been tossed months ago. ... read more

Rude receptionist low quality One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I came this hotel after a long trip so I was tired. The receptionist named Benson was very very rude. I wouldn’t even stay if I wasn’t so tired. The receptionist was like he didn’t want us to stay there. He didn’t respond my question in a reasonable manner and scolded me several times. When I entered the room, there was intense smell of smoke. It’s an old hotel. If you would stay nearby the airport find another hotel. It’s close to the airport
