Dirty hotel and in need of renovation. Cockroach in the room, blood on the "clean" sheets, zip ties holding the shower together, rust in the tub, terrible "breakfast" -- staff made up the room in spite of the "do not disturb" sign left in the door. Convenient location.
Very Poor They said they offered breakfast which they did not...they only offered FROZEN kolaches which weren't too appealing & they also offered pastries as well..SO NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY I did NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL AT ALL
don't stay here. we had three nights of where there was a domestic/ when you called down to the desk no one answered or they just called the police. nothing
Would not stay again! There were bugs all in the restroom. The staff was accommodating and friendly!
Fair staff should wear their masks. not just over their mouths, but over both mouth and nose. location.
Pésimo No había internet ( por mi trabajo es fundamental) cafetera faltaban piezas, microondas sin la base para poner la comida, hice mi check out anticipado me fui a otro hotel y recepcionista reía irónicamente de mí sin ánimo de ayudar, espero me devuelvan mi dinero
Disappointing No soap... Kinda loud too @ certain hours in the hallway. Drivers don’t help with the bags. You have to load and unload all by yourself... During my stay they didn’t clean up my room... even with the sign @ the door!!!
Disappointing Shuttle stopped at 9:30PM I message the hotel to verify that I was able to get to the hotel with no response I arrived at 9:30PM had to find a ride I will not stay there agin. Left me stranded in the cold late at night with a flight the next morning
Poor, bad, awful hotel that need upgrades, better janitorial services, and better staff First of all they advertise free shuttle from and to the airport. We arrived at 10 pm already made my reservation online called upon arrival and the lady said I have to call Uber bcz the shuttle does not run after 10 pm. So We paid $22 taxi with 5 suitcases.
