I didn’t care for my stay I didn’t like that it didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator in the room so I couldn’t bring food with me and the heating and air system wasn’t working properly I liked that we was by the airport

I will not stay at this hotel again and I will make sure to let my friends, family and colleagues.. The Staff at the front desk would not pay attention to me until I said something to get there attention and I know they could see me standing right in front of them. The toilet seat was not bolted down, it was loose and it was hard to sit on it when going to the restroom. My wife and my daughter was not happy. Poor The room was not very clean, the AC did not work and we were miserable the whole time. We already had to switch rooms because the door to our assigned room would not open after having to go back down to the front desk twice. The lady that checked us in was rude, not just to us, but everyone. The deadbolt on our door did not work and we felt unsafe the whole time because of loud men partying all night and yelling up and down the hallway. Not a good choice It was all dirty and old, no maintenance at all...
Disappointing Staff wasnt friendly at all. Had never stayed at La Quinta before and i have to admit i probably wont use La Quinta again. The receptionist did tell me ot was individually owned as this this why i didn't get my 10% discount that my empmoyer offers with La Quinta. In the morning as we were checking out, the receptionist was arguing with a guest about something with her room. That was very unpleasant. Staff is not informative enough and the common area such as elevators were not clean. Room tags won’t work. The assistant guided us to the wrong elevator on 4 th level and unable to find the room we had to come downstairs with all the luggage. Ok room and accessible location from airport.

Good bed bad bath tub The bathtub was clogged and I had to take a shower with my feet in the dirty water... besides we got two conditioners and no shampoo... The beds are very comfortable

Very Poor Totalmente desagradable, la alfombra vieja y sucia, el baño sucio, las sábanas con cabellos (no míos), tenía un olor terrible la habitación Lo único que puedo destacar es que el traslado es gratis, nos equivocamos de hotel y el chofer muy amable nos dejó en el hotel correcto
