Very Poor As soon as i got in all I wanted to do was sleep. Within 20min someone knocked. On my door and tried to come in. Keep in mind you also have to use your shoulder to open the door. After like 4 more people knocked on my door. Same lady's voice told them to come into the room next door. Loud music playing. Two Mexican lady's stood outside my room for 30 min speaking spanish. Poor We write several email about the airport shuttle service. Never got reply. When we arrive in the midnight, called the hotel then they told me that there is no more shuttle, we have to take a taxi. We chased this hotel because it can provide free airport shuttle. Then we spent 20dolars for the taxi. Next time I would choose the other hotel.
Disappointing I was given a wheel chair access room which was not requested, shower totally wrong for able bodied people. 2/ Every noise could be heard in the adjoining through the interconnecting door (not requested) totally awful. 3/ Even the 1 star hotels offer soy milk for lactose intolerant guests, Quinta did not and did not even care Only the location.

The Never ending Smoke Siren Alarm! I am not going to be staying at this Hotel chain any longer, it now seems to be an issue with the regular maintenance of the smoke alarms within this Hotel chain. At 2:30am approximately I was woke by what is now a remembered noise/sound of what has the sound of a siren going off,and as it continues it gets louder and louder.
