I will not stay here again. Our room was not clean! The floors in the bathroom had sticky stuff and hair. The toilet ove flowed several times. Close to the airport.

I am so sorry for this. We can not do anything right now about the modernization of our hotel. however, we can control the cleanliness and maintenance. We have had a couple of temps working during the holidays and sometimes things can fall through the cracks. I am so sorry that this was the case. Please give us another opportunity to accommodate you.
Badly needs a renovation! This hotel badly needs a renovation - the carpets are old and dirty, the rooms are stale, and the bathroom sink has water stains, dirty and old shower curtain, stained tub. Not up to expectations. Quiet

I apologize for your dissatisfaction. Our property is in line for a renovation. However, we do work to keep everything clean.
Will never stay there again. None Front desk person not friendly at all. Horrible smell of gas inside the room, called front desk and requested a different room, manager stated the smell was coming from laundry room. Her reply to my request was that it would take a couple hours. We were exhausted and felt asleep with the window open.

I apologize for this experience. Very rarely, there can be a slight odor of gas from the boilers in a certain area. Since you checked in after midnight on a sold out night, there was no available room to move you into at the time. I have double-checked with the plumbers to make sure that there was/is no danger. However, I realize that this does not make up for your inconvenience.

Very Poor As soon as i got in all I wanted to do was sleep. Within 20min someone knocked. On my door and tried to come in. Keep in mind you also have to use your shoulder to open the door. After like 4 more people knocked on my door. Same lady's voice told them to come into the room next door. Loud music playing. Two Mexican lady's stood outside my room for 30 min speaking spanish. Poor We write several email about the airport shuttle service. Never got reply. When we arrive in the midnight, called the hotel then they told me that there is no more shuttle, we have to take a taxi. We chased this hotel because it can provide free airport shuttle. Then we spent 20dolars for the taxi. Next time I would choose the other hotel.
