Will not be returning to this hotel ever again I left a small package at the hotel reception when I checked out. Upon returning from the trip, I stopped by the hotel reception to retrieve the package. The desk clerk did not locate the package. I emailed the hotel management informing them what happened. It's been 4 days and the hotel has not given me any answer. They have been negligent and have treated the subject in the worst way: ignoring it
The hotel did what we needed, a place to stay the night close to the airport I wasn't informed from the booking.com website that I needed to call to have the shuttle service pick us up from the airport. We thought they were on a cycle so we wasted 30+ minutes.

Good place for a night sleep not an extended stay The beds were small, it would have been nice to have an option for at least queen size beds if not kings in the double room setting. The refrigerator and microwave were nice to have in the room however it looked like it was an afterthought didn’t match room or each other and quality was poor Ability to check in late after our flight landed

I am sorry that you would have preferred bigger beds. We only offer full size beds in our double rooms to provide more floor space. The room you booked did not originally have a microwave or a fridge. We ordered some extra ones as a courtesy to the guests who did not book that room type yet requested one in their room. So, you were not charged for that amenity. I apologize for the confusion.

Actually, there is a 24 hour diner within a short walk on the other side of the hotel next to us. We also could have had the shuttle take you to one of the 10 eating places within a mile of the property. It may have been hard to see at night. I apologize that you were unaware.
