Good The gym and pool were closed They could have been open with social distancing rules. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating

Awesome We understand about the no breakfast but I have seen other hotels have coffee with packets of creamer, sugar and sweetener. Shower was a little too small to use the shower chair in it properly and safely. The bed was very comfortable. Was glad to have the sofa bed as my husband was in Katy for medical tests and cannot lay down in a bed, so the sofa bed was perfect. Very accomodating....we were there for medical tests and did an awesome job of helping make a difficult situation easier.
