Wonderful X 10 What? Everything was perfect!! Well in the middle of a Carona Virus Outbreak my kids wanted to feel some type of normalcy and so we decided to come to Katy to stay the weekend at the Palacio and from the beginning .... beautiful clean property outside and inside!!! The front desk staff, she was very friendly and helpful since I’m not from the area! I stay here often and it's always a great experience. It's Corona season and in Houston it's just too hot to wear a face mask but like every other establishment a mask is required at all times in the public areas of the hotel. Also, thanks again to COVID-19, breakfast is only available at the front desk in a paper sack. The city won't allow the eating area to be opened . For our safety ofcoarse.
