Great value, great location right off the freeway, definitely recommend. The only negative was very specific. There's no carpet anywhere, which looks great and is definitely a lot cleaner, but there's basically no noise-insulation. If you get like not even a rude neighbor, just one who has the tv on or is talking on their phone, you'll hear something.
