Not good first impression Too many dogs barking inside hotel. Guests arguing in middle of night. A lot jumping and stomping from guest above. Couldn’t sleep at night between the dogs barking and guests arguing. Didn’t eat breakfast

The place needs to shut down. They are unfamiliar w/ the word customer service.Nickle & diming ppl. When we arrived they had no water in the room to drink. They had no shampoo to use. Luckily I brought my own in travel bottles. The room looked like a hospital room and the breakfast I never had. My son ate once and said there was a lady screaming "Where is the breakfast at 9.00 am when the time to end the breakfast was 10.00. The breakfast was waffle, toast and boiled eggs w/ coffee.
