Pésimo hotel y pésima atención. No funciona el extractor de baño así que toda la habitación huele a humedad y moho. La que incluye cocina es una cocina impresionantemente pequeña, es tan pequeña que hasta casi la paso desapercibida. Las televisiones algunas jalan, algunas no. El personal del hotel no sabe ni qué es lo que sucede en su hotel y no te ofrecen la más mínima ayuda para resolver la situación. Tienes que pedirla. En otras ciudades por el precio de este obtienes algo mil veces mejor La ubicación
Infested with bugs. To begin with, our room was infested with ladybugs, and I mean INFESTED! We go downstairs and talk to the front desk person because we would like a refund. We get told because we made the reservation through a third party app that they could not refund us. We go back and forth with this person and he basically makes it sound like we brought the ladybugs with us because the “housekeeper cleaned that room.” We were shocked! I will not be returning The elevator was broke so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage . And the staff wasn’t even shamed! The room was clean
