Ok We found a cockroach in the room the first day. The lights in the elevater didn't work. There was a sewer smell by the stairs one night. The laundry room was dirty The staff was nice

You get what you pay for The elevator was broken so I had to drag all my bags up and down stairs. The smell was awful and the floor was dirty. The price

Fair There were way too many lady bugs that were annoying when the lights were on. The location at the I-10 TX-99 intersection is convenient.

Disappointed The cleaning products were too strong. Need to consider for people with sinus problems. Pillows were hard. Couldn't sleep well. The location

Do better Worst hotel " continental " breakfast I've ever had in the 2000+ hotels I've stayed in. Why can't we take food to our rooms? I have a 1 and 2 year old that are asleep at the time breakfast goes on and will not be able to get up because of their sleep schedule. I was not allowed to take food upstairs to them for when they woke up. Which there only was cold egg and waffles. Do better. Won't be staying here or reccemonding ever. Ladies in the front were extremely nice and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable.

Could have been a lot better in more ways then one After being harassed from music, to smoking, to then all of sudden them wanting to clean my room after asking to have it cleaned. First It was said they like to clean, every 5 days, till every 3 days, till they were short staffed. When I asked about the cleaning the first 6 days of stay they said they would but then now they were short staffed. Needs better management and front desk worker for the mornings Breakfast…
