Horrible place to stay, unprofessional and unclean. We saw roaches come from other rooms The front desk staff especially the manager Ms. Patel. Very unprofessional and not courteous at all. All the staff lies, they are making us leave the room because housekeeping lied about us not having our Do Not Disturb sign on the door when it’s there everyday. Horrible First off the A/C didnt work. Was told I could change rooms but it would have been a down grade for the same rate I paid. Very little to no hot water. Hallways had a horrible odor the entire time. They never cleaned the room. I was told i had to request the room to be clean at least 24 hours in advance. Little to no insulation for sound barrier. Could easily hear conversations from the hall and other rooms. Would not recommend this hotel. Nothing
Horrible deceiving hotel Everything was dirty and smelly with a roach in our room. People were fighting across the hall. Staff lied about handicap pool assist chair.i had called them 2x to make sure it worked and when we we checked in, we saw the battery on the pool assist chair was missing and the terminals where the battery was attached, was rusted shut and hadn't been used for years. I would never go back here and never send my worst enemy here. The lobby smelled like mold. The room was nonsmoking but smelled like cigarettes. The walls are paper thin and you can hear dogs barking in other rooms down the hall from my room and you can hear people in the halls and rooms on my floor. Apparently they have a rule that says you have to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance. when I asked for same day cleaning I was told this was the rule but the housekeeping gave my fiancé the linens to change our own beds. Poor other guests were not considerate. This is something that wouldn’t happen at a more respectable hotel.

I'd rather not say...... Selection made for hot tub, serving breakfast, then receive text after confirmation of room -no hot tub, no breakfast-lousy paper bag and go breakfast containing crackers and fruit bar. Seriously not impressed totally disappointed.....thanks !!!! Location
I hated it It wasn't clean smelled old and kid was running up and down the hall from 7 am til check out. It was ridiculous that noise That I had somewhere to half sleep. And the lady that checked me in was nice
