Poor I found a roach in the room when I was putting my stuff away. I couldn't stay the night. I liked the location and it was a reasonable price. I was refunded for the inconvenience.

you Get what you pay for AC in our room did not cool the room, the hallways were cool but the individual room AC hardly put any air out when set on high breakfast was not good, only scrambled eggs, no meat, 2 choices of cereal, waffles. only OJ, no hot water or teabags. workers in breakfast area not very friendly. This motel is more in comparable to Motel 6, nothing like a Best Western or Holiday inn. location in Katy, king bed was comfortable. all tile in rooms, no carpet.

GREAT STAY FOR A NIGHT OR TWO.. NO MORE THAN THAT!! THE STAFF CHECKING IN, THE GUY WAS VERY RUDE, THE STAIRWELL SMELLED LIKE DOGS, & THE PEOPLE THAT CHECKED IN ALL LOOK LIKE THEY WERE ON DRUGS.. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND VERY LARGE

We apologize at times we have no control on people who check in when they make online reservation nor we can deny to serve any one, We will work on eliminating dog smell as soon as we can. I hope you will give us one chance to serve you better.
Not good.. I felt dirty when I walk in there Roaches Smell bad and saw roaches running on the floor

We apologie we had an issue due to one long term guest check out and they had roaches with them which spread in other rooms but the issue is under control and none of our room are affected from roaches or any bugs.

We will never stay there again! The manager is rude and the staff doesn’t know their polices and procedures. always a bunch of random people like prostitutes and other suspect activities location
