Staff was friendly, but disgusted by some of the things I saw. Breakfast bags were convenience store snacks, Entire hotel was full of weird smells. Housekeeping came into our room once unannounced when they had left a piece of paper stating there would be no housekeeping. The people who stay at this hotel are super shady. It worked, but I would recommend or stay there myself again. The whole building felt humid and damp. The doors to rooms were so far off ground, it provided no privacy, or ability to block light and sound from hallway. My child could put their entire hand underneath the door to hallway. Staff was helpful and friendly. My card got locked from over use out of town, but I was allowed to pay for 2 nights cash upon check in and sort out remainder after I spoke with bank and got sorted out.
it’s was ok for the most part but could have been better if the hotel was maintained better and the walls weren’t so thi well for starters there are the drug deals going on in the stair wells and the parking lot. walls are super thin to where when you are walking down the halls you can hear EVERYTHING that the people are doing in their room and can hear the toilets flush and the shower going… very sketchy location to say the least the beds were ok and the room was pretty clean.

The hotel was in dissaray, blood on the floor outside the elevator, stunk of weed and very unsafe. Pictures depicted a modern and clean hotel. Upon arrival we found that every type of service had been removed "due to COVID". No cleaning, no real breakfast. Highly recommend you stay somewhere else if you want to feel safe with your family.

Get what you pay for. 1. There were people smoking pot. You could smell it. It should be the hotels responsibility to walk the property to check on this. The maids should be aware when they clean. 2. Constant dog barking. 3. People coming in after 2 slamming doors, conversations in the hall, and phone calls. Front desk should be alerted when people come in that loud.
