Not happy Rooms stink like cigarettes. The sheets were rough, scratchy. There was no parking available. I was given a key that didn't work, called front desk from my cellphone to let them know and ask if they could come open the door for me because I was with my children and expected them to be nice enough to bring the right key. Receptionist was rude and said she was the only one there and I would have to come back downstairs to get it. I liked that dogs are allowed.

Very disappointed would not recommend at all. The floors in the room were sticky it’s gross when you’re going barefoot for the bathroom the carpet in the hallways smelled like mold they have signs up saying that the floors for need to be quiet from 9 PM to 8 AM which was not true kids were running up and down the hallways and the stairs very loud the TV did not work very disappointed. The lady we first had contact with a check in was very rude and was very short when we were asking her questions The rooms were dirty and the safe didn’t work, and in the first room we were in the safety lock on the door was broken and the pool was down the whole time The location
