Exceptional They CHARGED my debit card & It declined thank goodness because I actually forgot to update my account..I wasn't even at the location yet to check in smh My daughter got married that weekend and the majority of my family was booked at La Quinta in New Caney not one problem with 6 rooms.. But this location only had one of my guest & made them re-do the check in & cancelled my reservation & jacked the price up because she then charged them for a Walk-In without reservation.. Pleasant coffee pot in room still had used coffee packet inside it , glasses in room were dirty There was no breakfast, I was told by a very friendly staff person, that you could pick up a bag of breakfast in the morning due to covid restriction, no bag available
Very Good Didn’t love whatever cleaning agent was used on the floors - made it seem a bit oily.
Very Good Had a musty smell on entering for the first time. Convenient to Bush International airport. Employees were very helpful and friendly about giving directions and recommendations for restaurants.
