Friendly and courteous staff and clean environment all around
It’s okay
Gail is what makes this place unique. She was the manager who checked us in, family of 5. So friendly and helpful and great personality. I came down later for beer & wine and she acknowledge me by name. I asked what's nearby to eat and she provided options and gave me a discount card to use. The pool is heated, the hot tub jets working and hot. Pool does get crowded but comes and goes. Breakfast has your average options. Room was comfortable and quiet, didn't hear any hallway noise. Again, Gail was awesome.
My overall stay was a very positive experience. The hotel was recently renovated and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that breakfast items are not regularly restocked, so your choice of food is limited depending on what time you go down to eat.
Book the room because they had a indoor pool and spa but was unable to use it due to a lot of families and kids in the area
It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located.
