Great stay The lady that checked me in was very professional and fun to work with.. as well as the lady that checked out. The room was spacious an I loved the location... definitely will use them again

Disappointed in Advertised but Unavailable Features I was very, very disappointed in a few things. Breakfast was advertised and there was no breakfast. A heated pool was advertised and when we tried to use it, it was ice-cold. There was something in the hot tub that desperately needed to be cleaned out - that really grossed us out. We were paying for breakfast and the pool for my kids so I felt duped. I would have chosen another place to stay if I had known these features were not available right now. Good
The stay was good over all. I would go back. The first room the jacuzzi didn’t work and the fridge wasn’t cool & the second room the air didn’t cool the room well and the fridge wasn’t cool. No Breakfast because of COVID-19 but they did off things to microwave in like a fridge my the lobby. There wasn’t easy places to get to because of the location but still close enough.
It was good just wish the other items could have been good there was no breakfast and the pool was ice cold and the hot tub didn't work The beds were soft
Nice comfortable place to stay and close to the Mall It would be nice to get a hot Breakfast even with the virus going on the last Hotel we stayed at had Breakfast bags that you could just come in and pick up..Not to sound petty but we had just evacuated from Hurricane Laura.. My stay was very nice and i loved the nice little dog park for my fur baby..And all the staff was very friendly and kind..I would definitely be returning in the near future..And i would refer my family and friends ..
I dont know if I would stay there again if they won't honor us by giving us money back or a a the power went out for 8 hours in the heat of the day for over 8 hrs which made it difficult so we went to eat early. They wouldn't discount our room and said we had to get it from you There was no breakfast or even coffee which was disappointing
Great!! Gail Smith was the most wonderful person I have ever met. She went above and beyond her job to make our stay great.
