Quick Trip Pros: Very Clean and comfortable, nice staff. Cons: Bathtub was very slick, shower was nice but hard to figure out. Needed an overnight in Kingwood and decided that La Quinta would work as they were running a special rate. Room was very nicely updated since our last stay there.
Nice hotel close to my mom's house. Pros: Location Cons: Nothing right now. Location: Mom's house. Staff is always helpful and friendly. One time the room was not cleaned or beds made when I checked in but the lady on duty made sure she transferred me to another room very quickly and efficiently.
Barking Dogs Three rooms in our wing had about 5 dogs. They barked all day every time you walked past room and one night from 12:15 till 2am. Phone would not work so I had to walk to desk to complain. Had dog poop in hallway. If the are going to rent to people with dogs they need to put other people away from those rooms. Wanted credit for one night of three day stay but manager was not on duty and we left early the day he was to be in. After a day of packing a uhaul in the pouring rain, it was a great place to dry off, eat and just revive. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Hotel was OK Pros: Room comfort Cons: Breakfast Rooms were nice, staff friendly but breakfast was a little bit dissapointing. Overall I would use it again for similar requirement.
Very nice room Pros: Next to the freeway but very quiet rooms Cons: Breakfast was a little lame. Location: Location was great for me -- near my relative, variety of restaurants, too many places to shop for my wife! Easy check in, clean, comfortable room. Bed was a little soft, but ok. Great TV with a ton of satellite channels.
Visiting family We've been here before and loved it. Very convenient and easy access. We had our dog this time and the staff loved him. And a full breakfast everyday!!! Hot or cold. We'll go back again.
Thanksgiving with Kids Pros: Close to my kids in Kingwood and very quiet Cons: ACCESS to it....... Location: Great food, great times, friends etc........ Have stayed there many times and will continue to stay when the need arises.
Not a good experience. Pros: The Deer the have outside. Cons: Cleanest of the room and new furniture. Location: Good location. The Hotel need to training better to front desk staff. My room was paid in full before my arrived and when I check out they tried to charge me again. (The guy did not listen anything what I said). after 15 minutes he found it he was trying to charge me for the wrong room and wrong person. The room I got it was not what they show in the pictures, (old room , smell not to good).
