The staff was great, our stay started out good but after the first night we had to switch rooms to due the air conditioning unit dripping water onto the carpet; however the staff was very efficient in accommodating us with another room...

Pleasant stay Very nice...excellent gal at the reception desk to check us in. Breakfast was fine on Saturday am...but just made it as it ended st 9am...maybe extend it to 9:30...some people don’t get moving until then!!

Newly decorated, clean quiet....professional staff I requested a second floor room away from the elevator and that's exactly what I got. Quiet, peaceful. The staff is friendly and professional. The place is newly decorated. A great location...tropical looking. I don't like humongous hotels...this one is not too big...not too small. I dropped my work badge - housekeeping was honest and turned it in. They promptly mailed it to me! I will be back. Don't know about the breakfast...I slept in!

Nice and quiet hotel with beautiful greenery around the building. Staff was extremely helpful, lounge area very nice and clean. Loved the colors of the halls and decorations. Stayed two nights, beds were extremely comfortable, air-conditioning was perfect. Had great TV, microwave, mini-fridge and bathroom was very clean and modern. Linens on beds were so nice and comfy... will be returning to this hotel often. Had indoor pool and workout facility. Thanks!

The hotel was recently renovated and still under construction. The hotel inside was very nice and updated. The staff was friendly.
