Quality hotel at a good price This hotel provided all the necessities while I was traveling. The room was clean and comfortable and they served a contenental breakfast daily that was quite good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Houston area.
I stayed at this hotel recently and at first glance the hotel and room looked fine but then I discovered roaches. This made it super uncomfortable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the pest control problems so future guests can have a better experience.

Hot tub was not working and staff accused me of stealing I checked out a day early and was still charged

Roach Motel Second time trying to stay at this hotel, and will NEVER stay here again. I requested the dark side of the hotel and didn't get it. As soon as we walked into our room (230) we were greeted with 2 dead roaches and a nasty moldy smell. The AC had one speed. The LIVE roaches running around when we woke up got us the hell out of there fast. Not enough blankets for the bed, and had to ask for more. ROACH INFESTATION!!
We checked into a non-smoking room that reeked of marijuana, this smell was so strong that it made us nauseous. The front desk manager provided an alternative room on a different floor, but the inconvenience of relocating was unreasonable, and the new room was extremely hot.
I think they should check there damages in rooms before booking people in them
