Disappointing When you see a cockroach crawling on your bed there is not much that can save the experience. Yes is Texas, humidity and all that but for 100$ a night you would think some pest control could be done once in a while. The bed mattress had seen better days. Asked if I could possibly check out at 12.30 to be able to take my work meeting and got a response - 12 is ok 🤦 oh well…

Could have been better. We booked for 2 rooms and we wanted them close to each other. Someone made the mistake at the hotels end and we ended up having rooms further apart from each other. Also wife 2 nights in a row was bitten by bed bugs. We let the hotel know and they provided fresh clean sheets. It didn't help. She was still bitten the following night. I will not be returning. Front desk staff was in training upon arrival. It took about 15 minutes to check in. After unloading the car I went to the front desk to buy a bottle of water $1, I was asked to wait a moment once again. Complimentary breakfast was terrible. One waffle iron, small room for guest and a long line. Manager started to argue with a guest in front of his children. He reminded us breakfast was COMPLIMENTARY. This was not a school cafeteria.?????? Pool was not clean. Bed was comfortable. facility was clean.

Main help desk attendant was grumpy as soon as we arrived, rooms was musty, huge crack in the window. No bedside manner The room had a massive crack in the window and felt muggy and musty. The hurricane later came in the rain began pouring in the window. Power went out at 4 am making it very uncomfortable. I was less than impressed with the lack of accommodation they were willing to meet with given that the current conditions made it unsafe for guests to stay. Disappointing Clerk was somewhat rude but he said he only sleeps 6 hours a day because of lack of staff. Bed was way to soft, lot of noise in hall all night

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in DO NOT BOOK HERE! The owner is a Palestinian and is very rude and disrespectful no phone etiquette whatsoever. He was putting ppl out for vaping with no refund when he didn’t have that in the paperwork upon booking. I tried to take a shower ran the water it was brown. Pictures on the wall in the rooms been on the wall so long there’s mold on them no ice vending on the 3rd floor gotta go all the way to the first floor. Bad They didn't contact me to let me know the Hotel was Closed when I arrived it was late I didn't have another place to go. So I think is very unethical to offer a service they can't provide. Nothing is Sucks.
