It was horrible. There was hair on my bed and also some sort of stain. The ceiling in the restroom was leaking it looked like it was going to cave in The only thing I liked was that it was close to restaurants

Disappointed about the service/staff, the cleanliness and the value of the property. Staff (specially owner) was not friendly. He kept threatening us during breakfast not to take any food to the room, so we ended up abandoning the whole breakfast as we felt so offended. They also didn't allow us to sit and eat after time's is up, and it is 6am-9am only. Who can finish breakfast by 9am during vacation?! I booked for 2 nights so on the first night we checked out and they wouldn’t refund out money Staff and the roaches Also it had a bad mole smell Nothing
Disappointing When you see a cockroach crawling on your bed there is not much that can save the experience. Yes is Texas, humidity and all that but for 100$ a night you would think some pest control could be done once in a while. The bed mattress had seen better days. Asked if I could possibly check out at 12.30 to be able to take my work meeting and got a response - 12 is ok 🤦 oh well…

Could have been better. We booked for 2 rooms and we wanted them close to each other. Someone made the mistake at the hotels end and we ended up having rooms further apart from each other. Also wife 2 nights in a row was bitten by bed bugs. We let the hotel know and they provided fresh clean sheets. It didn't help. She was still bitten the following night. The staff tried there best to help. Also one of the rooms that we were given smelled really bad. We had to wait until the following day to get another room. The person tha... read more

I will not be returning. Front desk staff was in training upon arrival. It took about 15 minutes to check in. After unloading the car I went to the front desk to buy a bottle of water $1, I was asked to wait a moment once again. Complimentary breakfast was terrible. One waffle iron, small room for guest and a long line. Manager started to argue with a guest in front of his children. He reminded us breakfast was COMPLIMENTARY. This was not a school cafeteria.?????? Pool was not clean. Bed was comfortable. facility was clean.
