Disappointing
Main help desk attendant was grumpy as soon as we arrived, rooms was musty, huge crack in the window. No bedside manner The room had a massive crack in the window and felt muggy and musty. The hurricane later came in the rain began pouring in the window. Power went out at 4 am making it very uncomfortable. I was less than impressed with the lack of accommodation they were willing to meet with given that the current conditions made it unsafe for guests to stay. Disappointing Clerk was somewhat rude but he said he only sleeps 6 hours a day because of lack of staff. Bed was way to soft, lot of noise in hall all night

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in DO NOT BOOK HERE! The owner is a Palestinian and is very rude and disrespectful no phone etiquette whatsoever. He was putting ppl out for vaping with no refund when he didn’t have that in the paperwork upon booking. I tried to take a shower ran the water it was brown. Pictures on the wall in the rooms been on the wall so long there’s mold on them no ice vending on the 3rd floor gotta go all the way to the first floor. Bad They didn't contact me to let me know the Hotel was Closed when I arrived it was late I didn't have another place to go. So I think is very unethical to offer a service they can't provide. Nothing is Sucks.

New management. Won’t stay there again Stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times in the past. The bed was uncomfortable and room smelled like dog piss the door was scratched up by a dog. Reception was unfriendly. Did not try breakfast.

Very Poor
Clean quiet, Excellent Staff person. Female at the desk. Horrible WiFi and the Breakfast choices are VERY LOUSY!! WiFi service is HORRIBLE!! No connection for most of the stay. Breakfast very crappy. Stale cereal. No eggs available , boiled or scrambled. More variety is needed. I guess you get what you pay for. Location is very nice. It’s clean and quiet. Staff member at the front desk went above and beyond to help get the raggedy WiFi service up and going.
