Great location to Kemah boardwalk and good fishing spots. the elevator was out of order and remained out for our entire stay great location and clean rooms.
Elevator is broken don't stay We were on the 3rd floor the elevator did not work. It has not worked in 3 months. This info was not on their website. They said if we didn't want to stay we could get a refund but only 1/2 of our money. We have bad kneed and it was hard to climb the stairs but they didn't care... The room was nice and big

We are updating the elevator and wish we could make the process go faster but we aren't in control of parts from Germany and the chip shortage. We wish it could be done overnight but we are having work done as fast as possible. We offered to help with your luggage and wish you would have allowed us to help. Broken Elevatir Elevator not working we had to walk up three Flight of stairs too our Room Comfortable Beds

The concierge was excellent. The elevators were not working. The pool was full with adults and so many children for over 3 hours we never got to have our turn at the pool. No eggs for breakfast.

Thank you for your feedback We offer a free complimentary Continental breakfast that includes varieties of cereals, breads, croissants, bagels, cream cheese, jellies, variety of pastries, oatmeal, grits, coffee, tea, milk, OJ. We do not offer hot items. Our elevators are being updated as we like to keep our property in good shape and hopefully should be done within a week. Exceptional We got locked out of our room and almost late for a boat trip. Latch was lose and closed on it's self when we walked out. Ladies called mgr and said it would be an hour before he could get there. My dad had tools and got us in. SIZE OF ROOM
einfaches Hotel mit Abstrichen beim Frühstück Das Frühstück war alles andere als gut. Nur Baggels/Toastbrot und Cornflakes. Keine Butter, eine Sorte Marmelade und Honig, das war's. Kaffee dünn, Toaster funktionierte nicht richtig. Der Stuhl im Zimmer war auch kaputt. Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck, wenn auch die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommenen ist.
Awesome We had to upgrade due to elevators not working so we had to pay more, Breakfast was horrible the juice tasted like water with s ugar. The coffee was not good tasted cheap no egg no bacon no waffles expected better a lot better The rooms was big beds were very comfortable clean
