Comfy Beds, Day Clerks Friendly, Broken Elevator and Lying Night Clerks! First problem was the elevator was out and only rooms were on top floor. I am disabled and have great pain when climbing stairs. However because of Booking.com’s 24 Cancellation policy and the elevator situation not being disclosed beforehand I had no choice but to climb the stairs. our stay was good in general . The elevator was broken, We had to use the stairs. There was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom. Breakfast was very limited The location and,' non the bed was comfortable .
