Elevator needs to be fixed and breakfast available late on weekends. Elevator was not working and we were on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was over by 9am on a weekend. Location was good. Bed was comfortable; I liked the extra pillows that were provided.
Awesome The AC made a noise all night, other than the fan, and it made it difficult to sleep at times.

Good The ice maker on the second floor was taken out and the one on the first floor was disgustingly dirty that I woudn't put it in my drink. That is the only complaint I have. The room was spacious. And had a nice view of forest.
Overall, it was okay. The elevator was out of order; There was no workout room; The pool was outdated and not the cleanest and, breakfast was very limited. It was quiet, for the most part and it was easily accessible.
Pleasant Good value, bed very comfortable, rooms showing wear but clean. Pool needs cleaning and more chairs. Breakfast very basic but ok. Clientele a bit dodgy.
Great location to Kemah boardwalk and good fishing spots. the elevator was out of order and remained out for our entire stay great location and clean rooms.
Elevator is broken don't stay We were on the 3rd floor the elevator did not work. It has not worked in 3 months. This info was not on their website. They said if we didn't want to stay we could get a refund but only 1/2 of our money. We have bad kneed and it was hard to climb the stairs but they didn't care... The room was nice and big
