Bad THE FLOOR IS MOISTURE AND WET THE ENTIRE TIME..THE STAFF TELL YOU KEEP THE A.C. ON HIGH BUT THAT DOSENT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. IT SMELLS OLD IN THE ROOMS. THE STAFF IS ALL LATINO AND THEY HAVE POOR COMMUNICATION. The location was great

Horrible Upon check in the room was dirty . They end up giving us another room and there was no hot water . Went to tell the guy at the front desk and all he said was oh shit and that’s was it . Didn’t offer us another room or anything Nothing

Would not stay here again. It was very dirty, and it smelled! No towels were left for us to use, I had to go ask for some in the front desk. Lady at front desk was very polite and helped me when I needed towels and shampoo.

Bad THE ENTIRE STAY WAS HORRIBLE !!! Me and my husband always come to Houston and visit family. This is the hotel we always stay at.The first night was horrible..Our floor stayed moist.I had turned the air up and I literally had to throw towels down the next morning after I got up out my bed and used the restroom and was just sliding on the floor it was so wet ..I went downstairs and told thw front desk respecrionist and he told me that he can't put me in another room because they were full and that he would send the mantien... read more
