Nice for couples or families It was quiet and comfortable. Easy to get to. I have nothing more to add to this review.
Friendly staff Location: Near San Marcos, several restaurants, a theater, an aquarium, etc. The staff was very helpful. Even called a member of the staff at home to ask about kid friendly entertainment. They also put us in an accessible bathroom with two queen beds. We had not been able to get that anywhere else.
Good alternative to staying in San Marcos Newish clean hotel. Save 25% or more booking here when compared with motel prices in San Marcos.
Pleasant one-day business stay Pros: clean and modern Cons: access off the Interstate heading south This was just a short-term stay of one night for a business meeting, but the hotel met all my needs and offered me a pleasant stay. My only reservation was that it was a bit confusing to get to, off the Interstate, as Google maps wasn't aware that the access road had been changed to one-way at exit 217 on the east side of the highway, heading south from Austin. La Quinta Kyle Tx Good hotel for the money, quiet and no problem with vehicle(motorcycle) parked outside. Would stay again.

Satisfied with our stay We enjoyed our stay at the La Quinta. The beds weren't quite as comfortable as we had hoped and there wasn't any shampoo or soap when we first arrived, but customer service was very friendly and aimed to please. We were very happy with how cold the room got at night and the fast check out.
Don't leave anything behind or it's gone Cons: Three weeks later and I still don't have the item I left behind...and I'm only two hours away. The hotel is very clean and very affordable. However, don't leave any valuable items behind or you'll never retrieve them. I left a watch, called once I made it back home two hours later, gave them my address and have been waiting since then. 5 Star Hotel Pros: The room was large and well-appointed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. I was very pleased with my choice of LaQuinta! Our room was spacious with high ceilings. It was as nice as some of the more expensive hotels where I have stayed. If ever I am in the area, I will definitely choose to stay at this LaQuinta!
