New and fresh Pretty neat hotel with friendly staff, they had some problems with breakfast.
Great hotel! We were very pleased with this hotel and the location. It's close to Austin and the shopping outlets in San Marcos. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!
Room for improvement, but not bad Honestly, the hotel isn't bad at all. It is exactly what we needed for the trip. Room was very clean and serviced every day. We were put in a room close to the registration desk and front door which was very convenient, but the staff would come and go from the office door in the hall and let the door slam all night long every time they went through the door. Place was a mess, then someone had loud music on that could be heard through the walls. The hotel staff would not do anything about it. We didn’t even unpack, we checked out and left a message for the manager.

Roaches in rooms, under construction which was not mentioned that they would be when booked 3 months ago. Rooms were dirty, curtains torn and wet paint on door of my room as I was coming and going and water on floor by fridge

They are doing construction on the building on the first floor. However, it was not blocked off well so there was trash and dust everywhere. The room keys didn’t work properly. We had to ask multiple times for it to work. We were asked multiple times online how many people and then there weren’t enough towels for us he 4 of us.
