Exceptional el ascensor que tardaba mucho La ubicación y el personal, sobretodo el de limpieza muy amables siempre con una sonrisa y la comodidad de la habitación y todo muy limpio
Posizione perfetta, puó migliorare nella pulizia, ma buon hotel per essere così in centro Il quartiere è piuttosto rumoroso e anche le camere lo sono. Alcune per il rumore esterno, altre per il rumore dell’impianto di aria condizionata (anche se spento). La pulizia è buona ma potrebbe andare meglio. Posizione super centrale, prezzo onesto per essere Manhattan. Camere accoglienti e personale molto gentile.

Wonderful It just happened that the room I was assigned while lovely in every other way, was right next to an exterior shaft shaft with air or heat exchange system right next to window which ran all nite. Fortunately I had brought ear plugs & was able to block most of the sound out. The thermostat in my room didn't work, but when called desk they immediately sent up a very knowledgeable maintenance person who showed me how to use the portable heater provided which was more than adequate to heat the room.
