Very pleasant trip and looking forward to our next visit to the city. The room was smaller than expected but it suited our needs. The location was great - close proximity to sights - and the staff was very pleasant.

Very Good
Great location, decent rooms, slow elevators. Elevators are extremely slow, and often one of them is used by the cleaning staff. Room was quite small. It takes 5-6 minutes for the water in the shower to get hot. Perfect location, in the heart of koreatown. Subway station 2 minutes from the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, and fixed some issues we had in our room immediately.

Comfortable stay in central New York. No bedside reading lights. Paper coffee cups. Location and comfortable beds. Nice hot shower.
