tutto sommato è andata bene, ma le riserve sono molte. un po tutto da rivedere, il wi.fi nelle stanze non funzionava. noi eravamo in 4 e ci hanno messo in una stanza singola. armadio inesistente bagno minuscolo. veniva rifatto solo il letto ma non le pulizie. ci hanno messo quasi una settimana per sistemare uno dei 2 ascensori. climatizzazione della camera rumorosa e obsoleta ( credo che non venisse sanificata da molti anni ) La posizione è perfetta, Hotel tranquillo e staff molto disponibile
Mi aspettavo molto di più Mi aspettavo molto di più dalla struttura vedendo le altre recensioni. Le due cose peggiori sono state il fatto che funzionasse un solo ascensore per tutto l’albergo con lunghe file per scendere e salire a tutte le ore (per metà soggiorno è stato così). Ed ancora peggio un servizio che viene sempre concesso, ovvero tenere le valigie nel loro deposito per 24 ore dopo aver lasciato la stanza e ci è stato negato. Ne correspondait pas à nos attentes mais était bien placé. Il y avait 2 ascenseurs dans l’hôtel durant 4 jours un seul fonctionnait et fonctionnait mal. Après plusieurs plainte des clients ils ont réparé le deuxième. La chambre que nous avons eu n’était pas conforme au photo. Nous avions qu’une seule fenêtre qui servait à rien car la lumière ne passait pas donc nous étions dans le noir toute la journée. Störender Lärm Das Zimmer in der höchsten Kategorie, war direkt an einem großen Lüftungsschacht gelegen, der ständig und ununterbrochen laute Geräusche gemacht hat. Da Fenster nicht geöffnet werden können, ist die einzige Frischluftquelle die Klimaanlage, die sich immer wieder enorm Lautstark an und ausschaltet.
