very quick 2 night stay hotel does not offer bag check service, was not clean, and more expensive than other properties with better service, amenities and cleanliness. had to move rooms because AC did not work. great location.

Very Poor מתחת למלון ישנם הרבה מסעדות לכן יש הרבה זבל והרבה חולדות ועכברים ברחוב. אין שירות של שמירת מזוודות ,שילמנו 100 דולר לשמירת מזוודות. הזהרו להגיע מוקדם או לצאת מאוחר חדר קטן, ישן, מיאות לא נוחות בקיצור ממש ממש מלון לא מומלץ המלון במיקום נוח, קרוב לאמפייר סטייט ולטיימס סקוור.

underwhelmed room was small, front desk staff was rude and short with us. typical for NYC I guess - but no sense of hospitality. location was convenient

Hotel should be customer friendly. No luggage storage. No breakfast. No breakfast is served. No luggage storage facility after check out for few hours. Extremely bad to worst performance in last few years. Room charges are same or more than previous years.
