This was my worst stay in a hotel ever!!! Very dissatisfied!!! The hotel did not have any amenities to offer as the website stated. The hotel housed a rat-infested hut directly in front of the hotel, this hotel should be closed until it has been completely remodeled. The cleaning staff was amazing in keeping this old building as clean as they possibly could. Also, the location in reference to shopping and sightseeing is very good.
Good location but that was all. Bed bugs and cockroaches. One of us got bitten by bed bugs and we also got bed bugs with us home in the bags. Found a cockroach in the elevator. Not very clean. Good location.

Disappointing 32nd street broadway and 5th is one of the dirtiest street I have ever seen in my life. it smells so bad. there is no more breakfast included in room rates and it’s ok although I knew it when I checked in and while I was making my reservation. there is no luggage storage. I had some issues when I checked out because I’ve been asking an invoice for my staying. they said that only Booking.com could make that invoice for me.
