Fair small smelly rooms despite being a king room. there was no interaction with any staff at all location

Fair My room was very small, and so loud, I couldn’t sleep. The hotel had no concierge luggage storage, I had to stay at the hotel lobby after checked out until I went to the train station.
Nicht mehr das, was es mal war. Wir sind zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen. Leider steht es wohl unter neuer Führung und bietet nicht mehr das was uns zuvor gut gefallen hat. Man kann keine Koffer mehr bis zur Abreise deponieren, die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen, und es gibt Renovierungsbedarf. Die Lobby ist nur noch ein leerer Raum und es gibt auch kein Frühstück mehr im Hotel. Personal war teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Die Lage ist noch das beste vom Hotel

Unsatisfactory I was given a regular room instead of a disability room which is what I requested and signed up for. I am disabled and I was disappointed. I complained to the front desk but they couldn't help.

Bien situé mais bruyant et chambres très petites très bruyant, chambre très petite, salle de bain propre mais vétuste. Climatisation trop bruyante Prix élevés par rapport à la prestation localisation, en plein coeur de Manhattan, proche du métro
