Pencerelerden soğuk hava giriyor ve odanın ısıtıcısı o kadar bakımsız ki hem koku hem çok ses çıkartıyor! Ve en önemlisi check out sonrası bavulları bırakacak bir alanı yok, sırf bu yüzden extra 1gece daha oda tuttuk kalmayacak olsakda.. Personel çözüm bulmadı. Sadece konumu güzel

Muy cutre y me han engañado no había ni champú ni gel ni jabón de manos durante toda nuestra estancia (7 noches) en pleno covid. Nos dijeron q fuésemos a comprar y que nos harían un descuento en el service tax que nos reembolsarían en los próximos días. Nunca nos llegó el reembolso y lo hemos reclamado en varias ocasiones. Nos hicieron pagar toda la estancia la primera noche. Tardaron 1h en emitirnos una factura. La Estantería del baño estaba llena de polvo y las cortinas del baño son muy poco higiénicas.
