Great location, but in real need of a freshen up The room was small, old and a little bit dingy. Definitely in need of renovation. I didn't love that anyone off the street could walk to the elevator and access your floor without a keycard. While we didn't have any problems with theft etc, the locks to the room didn't seem overly secure. The elevator seemed a bit sketchy too. Pour résumé, l’hôtel est cher pour ce que c’est mais c’est bien placé Par contre l’hôtel est catastrophique ! C’est hyper bruyant, l’isolation est médiocre en terme de bruit et de climat. C’est très vieillot et les équipements laissent à désirer. Les ascenseurs sont déjà très longs pour 14 étages mais on en a eu un en panne pendant le séjour je ne vous raconte pas la galère ! L’hôtel mériterait un coup de frais ! L’hôtel est en plein quartier coréen à 2 pas de l’empire state building c’est top !
No lo recomiendo Las fotos son engañosas, la habitación es minúscula. Pagamos por la habitación doble deluxe y de deluxe no tenía absolutamente nada. Consulte en recepción y me dijeron que era responsabilidad de Booking las fotos que suben Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación

Worn out hotel The hotel is old. Bed soft and squeaky Towels old and worn out Very.low.pressure in the shower, takes hot water ages (front desk said to wait for 5-6 min!). Old furniture, was left with the dresser drawer handle in my hand... Only two elevators, which are also service elevators so a looong wait and frequent rides with the laundry basket... The location is great. Room was clean

Not good at all! While the property itself is in desperate need of renovation - maintenance is an issue as well. The room and bathroom hadnt been cleaned properly anyday, the person who would clean would leave my things in disarray. For instance, one shoe on top of another. I had severe allergies every night as the room hadnt been cleaned properly. The carpet was torn and there was no view. Not worth the money! Mattress was bad. Really soft and it was sinking in a lot. Got back pain after first night. Asked for a change after the first day, the manager showed me different rooms available to move to, only found one with decent mattress on higher floor, but with smaller bathroom, so we transferred there. AC was not working there and had to ask them to put a portable AC unit there for the day. TV was also not working. Quality overall was poor, given the cost of 350$/night.
