Very Good They didnt provide tooth paste. Amazing location next to the Empire State and at the Koreatown block. It's full of korean/asian restaurants. Room size is great, compared to other hotels in the city. Comfortable and clean.

Comfortable older hotel centrally located in lively Koreatown. My only complaint was that the bedside electrical outlets were loose and my phone charger kept falling out. A mini fridge and small electric kettle would have been nice. Very convenient location in the middle of lively Koreatown. Room was large by New York standards. Very clean. Loved the rooftop bar with amazing view of the Empire State Building.

Hotel Espetacular! Vale muito a pena! Tudo espetacular. Poderia ter a opção do café da manhã, mas existem muitas opções nas imediações. Localização; conforto; atenção, simpatia e hospitalidade de TODA a equipe; limpeza; enfim, uma hospedagem espetacular. Mesmo não havendo a opção de café da manhã, o hotel é fantástico e pretendo me hospedar outras vezes. A 100m da 5th Avenue e 5 min da Times Square, ao lado do Empire State, 500m do Madison Square Garden, ou seja, estar no The Hotel é estar no coração de Manhattan! Super reco... read more

Good loction On our last day we had no hot water (in the whole hotel, not just our room) and they couldn't solve the problem for more than 24 hours... its a long time for an hotel to not solve such a critical thing. Also couldn't give us estimations on where will the water be back Location is really good! Also all employees were super nice. Over all very nice hotel
