Buena experiencia Todo estuvo de acuerdo a lo esperado pero entraba mucho ruido de la calle y las ventanas no tenían buena aislación acústica ni térmica. La ubicación, la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal. Durante la estadía recibieron varios paquetes sin hacer ningún problema.

Great location. Reasonable Price. Big Room The decor is dated but we didn't care. We were only in our room to sleep.And for that it was perfect! Great Location. Big Room. 2 Queen beds which is so much better than fulls. The rooftop bar is fun right underneath the Empire State Building. We saw 2 shows @ MSG so location great. Wonderful steak dinner at Keenes which was walking distance. So it all went well.

Acceptable The hotel is a little tired. A renovation will improve things. The room has a cheap coffee machine that makes bad coffee. The location is great.

Great location for a decent stay! Our hot water in the shower and sink took 10 minutes or more to get warm. The location is fabulous! Close to everything that we wanted to see and do, but far enough from Times Square to be less crowded and noisy.
