Good location but cleanliness can be improved They do bed making but don’t change sheets. We stayed for 7 nights and questioned this at reception in the early morning of 6th day but they didn’t change sheets so I think hotel policy is like this. Unfortunately we found hairs which wasn’t ours on towels three times so we were not sure they washed all towels. Location is very good. Hotel is located in the middle of Korean town. Easy access to metro.

Buena ubicación y confort pero ruidoso Se oye mucho el ruido de la calle, que está muy transitada y hay mucha actividad. Los coches y camiones de la basura se oyen durante toda la noche aunque estábamos en el piso 9. Algunas cosas no están cuidadas, un cajón no cerraba y la cafetera no funcionaba. La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de Manhattan. La cama es súper cómoda y grande, con muchos almohadones de diferentes densidades
Excelente!!! Que no hablen nada en español. Las toallas muy chicas La ubicación es excelente!!! El café que está disponible y además es muy rico. El personal muy atento. Todo muy limpio

Exceptional Hotel en pleno Manhattan al lado del Empire. Cerca de muchos puntos de interés y al lado del metro con varias líneas. Justo en el barrio koreano, con buen ambiente y cantidad de restaurantes muy buenos. Habitación grande, bastante cómoda y 0 ruidosa. Trabajadores siempre a tu disposición y amables. Aconsejo al 100%. Para repetir.
