Great location; no frills but functional, clean and very comfortable beds to explore New York City. Please see comments above which have covered the positive and not so positive. Location was perfect for exploring NYC, however there was a lot of late night / early hours outside noise (we were in a room facing the main road), so that kept us awake/woke us up in the early hours - that's not the Hotel's "fault", but something to be aware of when booking! It was a great stay. Housing keeping staff on floor 5 was lovely. Just the fact they had maintenance and the first we were told about it was signs up the day before. Location was amazing and so accessible to a lot of the main attractions giving this was an exploring holiday.
