Great location, facilities need work Only 1 out of 2 elevators were working during our entire stay. One day, the only active one also stopped functioning. We had to take the stairs to the 9th floor several times that day! The room was tinier than expected and when compared to the pictures posted online. The location was perfect! Very central and lots of restaurants nearby. The receptionist who greeted us (Tom, I think) and the bellman/baggage handler were also very nice and friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Very Good 1. The water in the bathroom was not warm enough to take shower. I kept bathing as waiting for hot water to run but no hot water until I had to stop my shower. I was so cold that I felt like sick. And also there was a problem with water drain in the bath tub. 2. When I came back from gettin my morning coffee the next day morning, my room door was open.
