Great location, stay on a lower floor if possible Lifts are a disaster and need replacing. Incredibly slow when the two of them are operating. On day of checkout one stopped operating entirely and we were stuck with 5 suitcases on Level 12 for 30 minutes before the one operating lift arrived. Took another 10 minutes to make its way down to the lobby after pausing at each level for a minute. Front desk/concierge phone rang out the entire time. Amazing ! La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta per girare la città. La camera pulitissima. Asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno e staff gentilissimo. Vicinissima alle fermate della metro e del bus.

Top Lage direkt am Empire State Building Dusche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage direkt am Empire State Building ist unschlagbar. Gute Ausgangsposition für Erkundungen in alle Richtungen von Manhattan. Betten sehr bequem.

Buen lugar para llegar a descansar luego de un largo día de caminata. -Personal en el lobby no era muy amable (exceptuando Christian, que nos trató muy bien en el checkin). -Encargado de guardar el equipaje previo al checkin y luego del checkout básicamente exigiendo propina por un servicio gratuito y en el cual no mueven mayormente las maletas (solo las ingresan en una sala donde se guardan). -Iluminación de la habitación podría mejorarse, así como el desagüe de la bañera que estaba algo tapado. -Ventanas de habitación esta... read more
