Great location. In the middle of everything. the rooms are a little outdated and the air conditioner was very old and a little loud the location was great and the stuff very professional. if I needed anything there were no questions asked.

Super Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach New York! Frühstück wäre noch gut gewesen, oder ein Getränkeautomat. Aber es gibt so viele Restaurants und Shops in direkter Nähe, das wir eigentlich nichts vermisst haben. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, das Empire Statebuilding direkt um die Ecke. Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch, tolle Zimmer, immer zuverlässiger Service

Very Good Personnel de l'accueil peu arrangeant : pas de change possible pour une chambre à 2 lits sans un supplément mirobolant, pas d'adaptateur, pas de consigne le jour du départ... Très bon emplacement Très bons matelas !!!

Good location in Manhattan, well connected with public transport The mattress is way too soft. My back was in pain after 2 nights sleeping in that bed. Air conditioning is very noisy, hard to sleep with it ON. Also, temperature or fun speed did not actually work, AC was just ON or OFF. Location is perfect, walking distance from many restaurants and offices. Also walking distance from Penn Station so if you landed in EWR you can catch the train that in 20mins brings you to Manhattan

Other than the size of the room, which is a common problem in NYC, we enjoyed our stay The room is small. The location is great, close to all the tasty Korean stalls and restaurants. It is always crowded and one feels safe walking at night. it is near to the metro.

Good The hotel was very old, rooms are nice but the air conditioner was very noisy, can’t sleep with it.. its took 10 minutes waiting every time when I ordered the elevator. The lady at the front desk told us only in the last day that there weren’t a luggage savings after the check out . so we paid for an extra time in the room the hotel manager was nice person he helped us a lot instead of her. Great location.
